Selection Process

Selection Process (Year 2006)

We received a total of 281 applications (51 countries / region) and the Selection Committee selected 5 artists from USA, Taiwan, Finland, Thailand, and Japan for this year's artist-in-residence program.

The artists from Taiwan are supported by ACC, and the artist from Thailand is supported by Asahi Beer Arts Foundation.

Selection -- Stage 1
First stage of the selection process by the ARCUS Project Administration Committee was assisted by Mr. Kenji KUBOTA, curator at Contemporary Art Center, Art Tower Mito.

Selection -- Stage 2
